This year we are adding a new feature to our Bricks and Mortar blog called Right Angles. Throughout the next twelve months we will be publishing four extended reports on clients that have completed different remodels of their homes. We will explore:
• A compete 3000 sqft basement overhaul.
• One families need for more space and the extension that gave them two extra bedrooms and a bathroom.
• A couple planning for the future as they convert their garage to an ADU for their parents.
• And how one young family turned a less-than-loved home into an eye-catcher!
We’ll be speaking with the homeowners, architects and builders that made these projects come together and get insight into what worked and what didn’t.
To kick off this new feature we’re giving away a Nest Thermostat. We would like to hear what you have planned for your home in 2015. Perhaps it’s a new kitchen or the windows need replacing. Floors that need refinishing or some much needed landscaping. Even if you are just hoping to paint the guest room we want to hear about your next home project whether it’s big or small.
